Collective knowledge, sources and insight

Partly built

Everyone brings what they have. Every contribution is broken into atomic units of thought and filed into one shared taxonomy that grows as the group grows — and the taxonomy can always say whose thinking each part rests on.

Working now

  • Projects, each built around one driving question
  • Contributors, named before they ever sign in, so their work attaches to them later
  • Written notes, kept in the contributor’s own words and never smoothed
  • A readiness gate that scores how much the taxonomy can carry — deterministic, with no model in the loop
  • Finding the real source behind a half-remembered mention, across three bibliographic indexes

  • Links, files and dictated audio as sources
  • The button that turns a source into filed units — the logic exists and is tested, nothing triggers it
  • Placing units into the taxonomy, which is why the taxonomy is still empty
